About
Two Moon Campground is the oldest and most popular campground at Glendo State Park, a 22,000-acre park surrounding Glendo Reservoir in southeastern Wyoming. Nestled in a pine forest on a bluff with lake views, the campground offers a mix of tent and RV camping with 14 electric hookup sites featuring 30 and 50 amp service. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill, though wood fires are currently prohibited under Stage 1 fire restrictions. Amenities include four vault toilets, potable water, three ADA-accessible camping pads, and three yurts available for year-round reservation. The campground features two playgrounds, a pump track, and group picnic pavilions near sites 43 and 21. A trailhead provides access to the park's 45+ miles of non-motorized trails. The park offers dump stations and shower facilities. Due to its age, Two Moon was built to accommodate smaller camping units and tents. Interior access roads are narrow and winding, so larger RVs and fifth wheels should use the electric sites or campsites along the side closest to Glendo Park Road. The campground is accessible from I-25 via Exit 111 through the town of Glendo.
Directions
From I-25, take Exit 111 toward Glendo. Turn right on Highway 319, then left on C Street. After one block, turn right on Glendo Park Road and travel south approximately 4 miles to reach Two Moon Campground.
