Twin Harbors State Park Campground

Open — Open year-round. The east side of the park (sites 1-85 and Welcome Center) is closed for winter due to flooding and will reopen June 1, 2026. West side standard sites are first-come, first-served through winter. Yurts and cabins remain available for reservation.

About

Twin Harbors State Park Campground is a 225-acre coastal camping destination located on the Pacific Ocean, four miles south of Westport in Grays Harbor County. The park offers a quintessential Pacific Northwest beach experience with miles of sandy shoreline accessible via the Shifting Sands Trail that winds through grassy sand dunes from the campground to the beach. The campground provides a variety of camping options including standard campsites, full-hookup RV sites with water and electric, hiker/biker sites, and first-come, first-served options. RV sites are relatively small and close together with a maximum length of 35 feet, making maneuvering difficult for larger units. The park also features heated yurts and rustic cabins available for year-round rental, some of which are pet-friendly. A group camp with a large barbecue, picnic tables, and campfire circle accommodates up to 15 vehicles. Recreational opportunities abound along the beach with activities including clamming in season, surf fishing, kite flying, paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, and beachcombing for sand dollars. The park allows metal detecting and welcomes leashed pets in designated areas. Facilities include restrooms with showers, drinking water, a dump station, and a seasonal Welcome Center and park store (open May 15 through September 15) offering firewood, ice, snacks, and camping supplies.

Twin Harbors State Park is located at 3120 WA-105, Westport, WA 98595. From Westport, head south on WA-105 for approximately 2 miles; the park entrance will be on your right. If approaching from the south, travel north on WA-105; the park will be on your left.
