About
Grayland Beach State Park is a 412-acre year-round marine camping park located just south of the town of Grayland, featuring 7,449 feet of spectacular Pacific Ocean frontage. The campground offers comprehensive camping options including primitive sites, full-hookup RV sites with large paved driveways that accommodate rigs up to 60 feet, and 16 yurts available for year-round reservations. Most yurts are ADA accessible and some are pet-friendly. Marked trails wind through grassy dunes and provide access to the sandy beach, where visitors enjoy kite flying, beachcombing, crabbing, fishing, shellfishing, and winter storm watching. A county-managed road also allows public vehicle access directly onto the beach. The park's welcome center operates daily with a park store selling firewood, ice, snacks, and camping supplies. The campground is situated in a low-lying area and some campsites may experience flooding or standing water during periods of high rainfall. The park attracts visitors year-round, with summers offering beach and ocean activities while winters invite peaceful relaxation with sweeping ocean views. Amenities include accessible restrooms, showers, drinking water, trash service, fire pits, picnic tables, and a dump station. Dogs are allowed on leash throughout the park, and fires are permitted in designated fire pits and grills.
