Grayland Beach State Park Campground

Open

Open year-round. Approximately 50+ campsites experience seasonal flooding November 1 through April 15 and are available first-come, first-served only during that period. Fires currently allowed in all designated fire pits and grills.

About

Grayland Beach State Park occupies 412 acres of Pacific coastline in Washington's Pacific County, featuring a mix of coastal forest and grassy dunes that open onto expansive sandy beaches. The campground accommodates RVs up to 60 feet with sites ranging from primitive to full utility hookups, alongside standard tent sites and 16-foot diameter yurts equipped with electric heat, bunks, and futon couches. The park is known for exceptional beachcombing, kite flying, and seasonal razor clam digging during state-sanctioned digs. The Snowy Plover nesting area requires seasonal closures to protect this threatened shorebird species. Approximately 50 or more campsites are susceptible to seasonal flooding from November through mid-April and are offered first-come, first-served during this period rather than through the reservation system. Facilities include restrooms with showers, potable water, a dump station, and firewood sales. Each yurt site includes a picnic table and fire pit with grate. Pets are permitted on leash throughout the park, with designated pet-friendly yurts available for an additional fee.
