About

Pacific Beach State Park is a small oceanfront camping park located northwest of Aberdeen on Washington's Pacific coast. The park encompasses 10 acres with 2,300 feet of Pacific Ocean beachfront, offering a unique opportunity to camp right next to the roaring ocean. The campground features 16 standard campsites, 41 partial hookup sites (electricity only), and two yurts, all with spectacular ocean views. The park road is one-way and RVs are required to back in to their sites. The park's flat, sandy beach provides excellent opportunities for beachcombing, kite flying, sandcastle building, and seasonal razor clam harvesting. Saltwater fishing is also available. Wood-burning campfires are not allowed in the campground, but portable gas or propane fire pits and charcoal barbecues are permitted. Campfires are allowed on the beach at least 100 feet away from dunes and vegetation. Vehicle traffic is allowed seasonally on portions of the beach on the uppermost hard-packed sand. Amenities include ADA-accessible restrooms and showers, drinking water, a dump station with fresh water, trash service, and Wi-Fi. The park is open year-round from 8 a.m. to dusk. A Washington State Discover Pass is required for day use. Dogs are allowed on leash. Due to seasonal flooding, some partial utility sites become first-come, first-served only from October through mid-May.
