About
Training Dike Park is a day-use recreation area managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, located near Camden, Alabama at Millers Ferry on the William "Bill" Dannelly Reservoir. The park is part of the Alabama River Lakes system. Facilities include a rentable group shelter with electricity, a playground, picnic area, sports fields, and parking. The park closes at 7:00 PM daily and is not a campground; no overnight camping is permitted. Campers seeking overnight accommodations in the area should consider the nearby Millers Ferry Campground, which offers 42 family sites with electric hookups and full amenities.
