For those seeking a more rustic experience, 14 primitive camping sites offer picnic tables and fire rings with access to a nearby restroom, though these sites have no utility connections. The park's location on the Alabama River makes it popular with anglers, offering a free boat launch for overnight guests, fishing piers, and fish cleaning stations. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM. The park also features furnished cabins ranging from studio primitives to two-bedroom options, including one ADA-compliant tiny cabin.
