About

Trail Creek Bridge Campground is a remote BLM-managed site situated along the scenic Blackfoot River in southeast Idaho. The campground features 6 semi-developed sites split between 4 downriver sites and 2 upriver sites, with the upriver locations able to accommodate larger groups. All sites are available first-come, first-served with no reservation system or fees. The campground provides basic amenities including a vault toilet, picnic tables at each site, and fire rings. An undeveloped put-in/take-out point serves floaters and anglers exploring the Blackfoot River by non-motorized watercraft. The river offers excellent opportunities for fishing and scenic floating through central Idaho backcountry. Visitors should come prepared for primitive conditions. There are no dumpsters on-site, so all trash must be packed out. The campground is accessible via a network of remote gravel roads from Soda Springs, making it a true backcountry experience. The 14-day stay limit applies, and campground rules and regulations are posted at the site.
