About
Trail Bridge Campground occupies a scenic location on the shore of Trail Bridge Reservoir within the McKenzie River corridor of Oregon's Willamette National Forest. The campground features diverse site options: 29 walk-in tent sites shaded by large old-growth Douglas fir trees, 8 individual RV pull-through sites, and a group camping area with 4 additional pull-through sites. A day use area includes picnic tables, restrooms, a pavilion, and an interpretive center. The reservoir offers fishing opportunities with a 10 mph boat speed limit, and a boat ramp provides easy water access. The McKenzie River National Recreation Trail passes nearby, making this an excellent base for hiking. The campground operates seasonally from May through October, with sites available through Recreation.gov or first-come, first-served early in the season. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and stays are limited to 14 consecutive nights. Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Senior and Access Pass holders receive a 50% discount on individual campsites.
