About

Tony Grove Guard Station is a historic Forest Service guard station located on the Logan Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah's Bear River Range. The facility was proposed for public rental in 2013-2014 as part of a Recreation Enhancement Act initiative to make historic guard stations available for overnight stays through recreation.gov. The guard station is situated near Tony Grove Lake, a scenic alpine lake surrounded by vivid summer wildflowers and excellent hiking trails, including access to the Mount Naomi Wilderness and White Pine Lake. The area sits at approximately 8,100 feet elevation, about 19 miles east of Logan via State Route 89 and the Tony Grove Road. Note: Current availability cannot be confirmed through official sources. Contact the Logan Ranger District at (435) 755-3620 for current rental availability and reservation information.
