Tomlinson Run State Park Campground

Tomlinson Run State Park sits along the Ohio River at the top of West Virginia's Northern Panhandle, encompassing 1,398 acres divided between a wilderness area with forests and cliffs and a developed section with traditional park amenities. The campground operates seasonally from spring through fall, weather permitting, with park hours from 6 AM to 10 PM. The campground features 48 traditional campsites available in both electric and non-electric configurations. All sites accommodate tents and trailers, with each site including a picnic table and fire ring. Two bathhouses provide hot showers and laundry facilities. A contact station and convenience store serve campers, and a dump station is available for RVs. Five camper cabins are also available for rent from April through October. Recreational opportunities include boating, swimming, miniature golf, basketball, and volleyball. The wilderness section offers hiking through forested terrain and along dramatic cliffs. Reservations require a minimum two-night stay on weekends or one night Sunday through Thursday, with a 14-night maximum stay limit.
