At 525 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Trebloc, or near Houston, moving northwest at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pontotoc, Houston, Okolona, Bruce, Calhoun City, Vardaman, Derma, Pittsboro, Pyland, Randolph, Banner, Troy, Tula, Houlka, Thaxton, New Houlka, Algoma, Toccopola, Woodland, and Robbs.

About
Tombigbee State Park Campground is a well-maintained facility located six miles south of Tupelo in northeast Mississippi. The campground features 20 paved sites suitable for RVs or tents, arranged in a loop configuration. All sites are equipped with electric and water hookups, and 18 of the 20 sites also include sewer connections. Each campsite has a picnic table, grill, and fire ring. The campground amenities include a heated and air-conditioned bathhouse with hot showers and coin-operated laundry facilities. A separate comfort station provides additional restroom access. A dump station is available on the main park road for RV users. The park also offers primitive tent camping and seven rental cabins for those seeking alternatives to RV camping. Lake Lee, a 90-acre lake stocked with bass, bream, and catfish, provides excellent fishing opportunities. Other recreational activities include an 11-mile mountain bike trail, disc golf course, nature trails, volleyball, and playground facilities. The park is pet-friendly with leash requirements.
