About

Te-Ah Campground is situated at 9,200 feet elevation on the edge of a meadow high on the Colorado Plateau in the scenic Navajo Lake Basin. The campground is covered by an aspen forest, with distant views of Navajo Lake visible from several sites. A newly paved road along the lake's western shore provides excellent access for cars, trailers, and bicycles, making it a popular stopover for touring bicycle groups. The campground offers 41 single sites and one group site (Site 33) that accommodates up to 20 people with tables, bicycle wash and parking racks, and workspace for self-contained kitchens. Each site includes a picnic table and campfire ring. Both flush and vault toilets are available, and drinking water is piped from a spring. An RV dump station is located adjacent to the campground. Recreation opportunities abound with the Cascade Falls Trailhead located directly in the campground, offering a beautiful trail with abundant wildlife and vegetation. The 34-mile Virgin River Rim Trail passes near the campground and is open to hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Navajo Lake provides excellent canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Nearby attractions include Navajo Lake Lodge with boat rentals and supplies, Cedar Breaks National Monument (20 minutes away), and Ice Cave and Mammoth Cave.
