Open — Open year-round for camping. During off-season from November through March, showers and water systems are unavailable. Potable water can be obtained from the spigot near the park office. Reservations available up to 12 months in advance.

Stockton State Park encompasses 2,716 acres overlooking the clear waters of Stockton Lake in Cedar County, Missouri. The campground offers 60 electric campsites, 14 basic sites, and 5 walk-in tent sites located 426 to 646 feet from parking areas. During the peak season from April through October, campers enjoy modern restrooms, hot showers, laundry facilities, and a dump station. The park features 50-amp electric service at select sites. Stockton Lake's consistent southwest breeze has made the park a favorite destination among Missouri's sailing community. The park's marina includes two boat launches and over 300 stalls. Water recreation options include water skiing, scuba diving, swimming at the beach, and fishing. On land, visitors can explore hiking and mountain biking trails through forests of oak, hickory, dogwood, red cedar, and redbud. Campsites are fully reservable up to 12 months in advance through the Missouri State Parks system. Family campsites provide extra space for larger groups. The park also offers special-use camping areas. Camping is limited to 15 days within any 30-consecutive-day period. A park store and restaurant are available at the marina.

From Stockton, Missouri, take Highway 39 South for 0.8 miles to State Highway RB. Turn left onto State Highway RB and follow for 0.5 miles.
