About

Spring Valley State Park Group Campground sits at the south end of Eagle Valley Reservoir, a 65-acre impoundment in Lincoln County, Nevada. Named for the abundance of natural springs that irrigate the surrounding lush pastures, the park is dotted with turn-of-the-century stone ranch buildings that provide historic character. The group camping area is designed to accommodate larger parties for both day use and overnight stays, with reservations required in advance through the Reserve Nevada system. The park offers a primitive camping experience with water and vault restrooms available. Fires are permitted only in provided fire rings and grills; collection of firewood within the park is prohibited. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash no longer than six feet. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The reservoir is stocked with trout and offers a boat launch with ramp, dock, and temporary docking slips for anglers and boaters.

Directions

From Pioche, Nevada, travel east on State Route 322 approximately 18 miles to the park entrance.
