About

Table Rock State Park Campground sits within a 3,083-acre park at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains in upstate South Carolina. The park offers two developed camping areas: a 69-site campground near the park entrance and a 25-site White Oaks campground near the picnic area. Each site includes water and electric hookups and a picnic table, with some sites accommodating RVs up to 40 feet. Both campgrounds provide convenient access to restrooms with hot showers, and WiFi is now available at both locations. For those seeking a more rustic experience, Pine Point offers six primitive walk-in tent sites located 880 yards from parking, with central water but no electric hookups or flush toilets. Additional primitive group camping areas (Fox Hill, Owl Tree, and Bobcat Creek) are available for organized groups, located half a mile from parking. The park was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps and remains one of South Carolina's most popular state parks, featuring two lakes, historic Gaines Lodge, and extensive hiking trails including access to the 80-mile Foothills Trail.
