Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will occur through and below the Cajon Pass and adjacent foothills, below the San Gorgonio Pass, and through the canyons of the Santa Ana Mountains.

Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area Group Campground provides exceptional group camping experiences in the San Bernardino Mountains. The facility offers two types of group camping options to suit different needs and group sizes. The Valle, Barranca, and Rio group campsites are premium facilities located near Highway 138, accommodating up to 100 occupants and 30 vehicles per site at $350 per night. Each site features a large fire ring, private restroom with coin-operated shower, running water, two large canopies, a large charcoal grill, and limited power outlets. The Rio site uniquely includes two horse stalls for equestrian campers. These sites are open year-round and provide convenient access to the park's amenities. Miller Canyon group campsites I, II, and III are situated in a more secluded woodland setting 4 miles past the park's main entrance. These sites accommodate up to 40 occupants and 20 vehicles at $250 per night and include large fire rings, charcoal grills, and access to public restroom facilities. Miller Canyon sites operate seasonally from May 1st through September 30th. All group campers can utilize the New Mesa and Old Mesa campground showers during their stay. Maximum trailer length is 32 feet, and reservations are made through ReserveCalifornia.com with check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.
Directions
Valle, Barranca, and Rio group sites are located to the right of the southbound Highway 138/Silverwood Lake off-ramp past the park sector office. Miller Canyon group sites are located 4 miles past the park's main entrance in the woodland area.
