Lake Shelter is a day-use picnic facility located at Cuivre River State Park in Lincoln County, Missouri. This is NOT an overnight campground. The shelter is designed for large group gatherings such as family reunions, company picnics, and special events. The covered structure measures approximately 96 by 30 feet and accommodates up to 120 guests. Amenities include 25 picnic tables, two outdoor grills, electrical outlets, and lighting. Flush restrooms and running water are available during the on-season from April 15 through October 31. Reservations can be made online through the Missouri State Parks reservation system from 30 days to 12 months in advance, or by calling the park directly for reservations within 30 days. The shelter costs $75 per day to reserve.
