About

Seymour Creek Campground sits at 6,700 feet in the Wise River Ranger District of Montana's Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, providing a base camp for exploring the nearby Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness. The 17-site campground offers a quiet, primitive camping experience along Seymour Creek with good fishing opportunities in the surrounding streams. The campground provides basic amenities including two ADA-accessible vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. Some sites have bear boxes for food storage. There is no potable water, so campers must bring their own supply. Garbage services are not provided; pack out everything you pack in. Cell phone coverage is not available in the area. Access is via Forest Service Road 934, which limits RV and trailer length to 18 feet maximum. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no fee required. The setting offers solitude and access to backcountry trails, fishing, and wildlife viewing in the surrounding national forest.
