About
Codorus State Park's campground occupies a prime location on 1,275-acre Lake Marburg in the rolling hills of southern York County. The lake serves as a major rest stop for migrating waterfowl and shorebirds, making this an excellent destination for birders and wildlife enthusiasts. With 26 miles of shoreline, the park offers outstanding fishing and boating opportunities directly accessible from the campground via boat launch and shoreline mooring facilities. The campground provides 192 sites across multiple categories: 31 full-hookup sites with water, sewer, and electric; 78 modern electric sites with 30 or 50-amp service; 58 modern non-electric sites; and 15 tent-only sites. Maximum RV length varies by site from 43 to 53 feet, with pull-through driveways available at select locations. Seven ADA-accessible sites with electric service accommodate campers with disabilities. Beyond traditional camping, the park offers three camping cottages sleeping five, a yurt sleeping four to five, and the Black Rock Lodge, a waterfront facility accommodating up to 12 guests available year-round. The park also features a swimming pool, disc golf course, picnic areas, and amphitheater. In 2026, glamping sites in partnership with Timberline Glamping are being added to the overnight options.
