About

Delta Lake State Park sits on a scenic peninsula jutting into Delta Reservoir in Oneida County. The 101-site campground accommodates tents and RVs with electric hookups ranging from 15 to 50 amps, though water and sewer hookups are not available. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring, and the park provides flush restrooms, hot showers, a dump station, and a water fill station. The park's main draw is its sandy swimming beach staffed by lifeguards from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A boat launch provides reservoir access, though the dock has been removed due to low water levels. Nature trails and hiking paths traverse the peninsula's mixed woodlands, and a playground keeps younger campers entertained. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two per site; proof of rabies vaccination is required at check-in and pets must remain leashed. ADA-accessible facilities are available throughout the park, including a Hippocampe all-terrain beach wheelchair for beach and trail access.
