About
Pat's Bluff is a 15-site campground situated on the southern shoreline of Sardis Lake, a 32,000-acre reservoir in the rolling hills of North Mississippi. Managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the campground is conveniently located near I-55 and offers easy access to one of the country's premier crappie fishing destinations. All campsites feature water and electric hookups, making it suitable for RVs and campers seeking modern amenities.
The campground is appropriately named for the striking sandstone bluff that dominates the shoreline. The recreation area is covered in a mixture of hardwood and pine forests that open up to provide excellent views of Sardis Lake. On-site facilities include flush toilets, showers, and a dump station, as well as a boat ramp and group picnic shelter for day use.
Beyond fishing, visitors can enjoy boating, water skiing, hiking, and picnicking across the 98,000-acre Sardis Lake area. The campground is just a 10-minute drive from Batesville and 20 minutes from Oxford, home of the University of Mississippi. Campers are limited to 14 consecutive days within any 30-day period at individual USACE Vicksburg District campgrounds.
