Outlet Channel/Riverview is a day-use recreation area situated on the shore of the Lower Lake at Sardis, a 400-acre lake on the downstream side of Sardis Dam in northwest Mississippi. Part of the expansive Sardis Lake complex that spans 98,000 acres across Panola, Lafayette, and Marshall counties, this area offers beautiful views of the water and outlet channel.
The facility features one reservable group picnic shelter, over 30 individual picnic sites, and a small basketball court. An adjacent swim beach provides additional recreation opportunities. The area is particularly renowned for offering some of the best bank fishing access at Sardis Lake, making it a popular destination for anglers.
Located approximately 8 miles east of Interstate 55 via MS Highway 35/315, the area provides convenient access for day visitors looking to enjoy fishing, picnicking, or lakeside recreation on the rolling hills of North Mississippi.

From Interstate 55 at Batesville, MS, the area is approximately 8 miles east on MS Highway 35/315. Pavilion will be on your left closest to outlet channel. From Interstate 55 at Sardis, drive approximately 8 miles east on Highway 315 to reach the area.
