About

Paradise Point is situated along the scenic shoreline of Sardis Lake's 400-acre Lower Lake in Panola County, Mississippi. Managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, this day-use recreation area is one of the most popular spots at Sardis Lake for picnicking, family gatherings, and swimming. The area features two group picnic shelters with electricity that can be reserved through Recreation.gov, accommodating up to 150 people each for reunions, parties, and events. Additionally, there are 28 individual picnic sites scattered throughout the grounds. Recreational amenities include a large sandy swim beach, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground equipment. Paradise Point is open seasonally from April through September. Note that this is strictly a day-use facility with no overnight camping. For overnight stays at Sardis Lake, campers should consider nearby campgrounds such as Beach Point, Clear Creek, Oak Grove, or Pat's Bluff.
