About

Paradise Point State Park is an 88-acre camping park situated on the East Fork Lewis River in Clark County, Washington, offering convenient access from Interstate 5 while providing diverse camping experiences. The campground features 79 campsites that cater to different camping preferences: sites 1-20 offer partial hookups with electricity, sites 21-69 are standard campsites, and sites 70-79 are primitive walk-in sites nestled in wooded areas. Two yurts are also available for rent. Maximum RV length is 40 feet with limited availability for larger rigs. The park's natural setting combines forested areas of Douglas-fir, cedar, alder, and hemlock with open meadows and extensive river frontage. The 6,180 feet of freshwater shoreline includes a long sandy beach in a designated no-wake zone, making it an excellent swimming spot for families with young children. The calm waters also provide ideal conditions for launching kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. Additional amenities include a disc golf course, amphitheater, hiking trails, accessible restrooms with showers, drinking water, a dump station, and firewood sales. Wildlife viewing opportunities include deer and various bird species. While the park offers convenient highway access, campers seeking more solitude can opt for the primitive woodland sites away from the interstate noise.
