About
Nestled in the rolling oak hills of Osage County, Osage Hills State Park preserves 1,100 acres of northeastern Oklahoma terrain that includes rocky bluffs, lush forests, and Sand Creek winding through its southern reaches. The Civilian Conservation Corps constructed the park's distinctive native stone cabins and structures in the 1930s, giving the property historic character alongside its natural appeal.
The campground offers 20 RV sites equipped with water and 30/50-amp electric hookups, plus over 20 designated tent sites positioned on higher ground with fire rings and lantern poles. Eight stone cabins feature central heat and air, fireplaces, and full kitchen facilities. Modern bathhouses with showers serve the camping areas, and a dump station is available for RV waste disposal.
Lookout Lake provides fishing for bass, crappie, catfish, and perch, while hiking and mountain biking trails wind through the property. Other facilities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and a playground. The group camp accommodates up to 118 guests across nine bunkhouses.
