About

Old Mill State Park Campground provides a peaceful camping experience in Minnesota's remote northwest corner, where the Middle River winds through prairie and woodland. The campground offers 26 single-family campsites, with 10 featuring 30-amp electric service and water hookups. All sites include a picnic table and fire ring for evening campfires. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 67 feet. The campground features a bathroom and shower facility with seasonal hot showers, along with both flush and vault toilets. A swing set provides entertainment for children. Firewood is available for purchase at the park office. There is no dump station on site; the nearest is located in Warren, approximately 20 minutes away. The park preserves a historic log cabin and steam-powered grist mill that still grinds flour during an annual demonstration. Wildlife including deer, beaver, and ruffed grouse can be spotted along the trails that connect to the campground. A swimming beach fed by well water and a swinging bridge over the Middle River add to the park's appeal.
