Mount Tom State Reservation spans 2,082 acres in Holyoke, Massachusetts, providing exceptional views of the Pioneer Valley and the Connecticut River. The park features 22 miles of hiking trails for all skill levels, including a Universal Access Trail near Lake Bray. Notable attractions include the Eyrie House ruins and Goat Peak fire tower, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding region. The reservation is part of the historic Metacomet Ridge and serves as an important raptor migration observation point. Activities include hiking, picnicking, fishing at Lake Bray, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. The park operates as a day-use facility with no overnight camping permitted. The pavilion at Hamilton Field is available for group events and can accommodate up to 50 people. It includes electrical hookups, a large cooking grill, picnic benches, and nearby playground equipment. Restrooms and drinking water are available at the park entrance and near the summit. Reservations for the pavilion can be made through the Massachusetts DCR camping website up to 4 months in advance.

From Route 5 in Holyoke, turn onto Reservation Road and continue 1/4 mile to the main park office.
