About
Millwood Overlook Pavilion is a day-use facility managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, situated on a scenic bluff above Millwood Lake near Millwood Dam. The pavilion offers panoramic views of the southern portion of the lake and is a popular venue for weddings, reunions, parties, and group gatherings. The facility includes multiple picnic tables, a smoker/grill, flush toilets, accessible water hookups, electric hookups, a playground, and a basketball court. The pavilion can accommodate groups of up to 150 people with parking for up to 30 vehicles. The rental fee is $40 per day. This is strictly a day-use facility. Overnight camping is prohibited at the Overlook Pavilion. Visitors seeking overnight camping at Millwood Lake should look to nearby campgrounds such as Beard's Bluff Park.
Directions
Located 13 miles east of Ashdown on State Highway 32. When driving from Ashdown, cross Millwood Dam and take the first left.
