The Millwood Overlook Pavilion sits above beautiful Millwood Lake adjacent to Millwood Dam in Howard County, Arkansas. This tranquil day-use venue provides a unique vantage point to view the entire southern portion of Millwood Lake and offers spectacular southern sunsets. The pavilion accommodates groups of up to 150 people, making it a popular location for weddings, reunions, parties, and other gatherings. The well-maintained facility features multiple tables, a smoker/grill, accessible water hookups, electric hookups, and flush toilets. Overnight camping is not permitted at this location. The site is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as part of the Millwood Lake recreation area and can be rented for $40 per day. Located 13 miles east of Ashdown on State Highway 32, the pavilion is easily accessed by crossing Millwood Dam and taking the first left.
