Ice accumulations between one half inch to 1 inch possible between US Hwy 82 and US Hwy 84, with greatest accumulations in excess of 1 inch possible near the Interstate 20 corridor. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, north central and northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages. Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice. Travel could be impossible.

Overlook campground is located on Dierks Lake in Howard County, Arkansas, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Directions
From Dierks, Arkansas, drive west on Highway 70 for three miles to Lake Road. Turn right on Lake Road and continue for four miles to reach the Dierks Lake Overlook.
