Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.
Aquatic Invasive Species
This Order prohibits 1) possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic invasive animal species AND 2) prohibits possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic or riparian invasive plant species - on National Forest System lands in the Pacific Northwest Region as specified in the Order.
Restrictions on Use of Forage and Mulch Products

About
McNeil Campground lies along the Wild and Scenic Sandy River in a unique setting on an old Mount Hood mud flow. The mixed lodgepole pine forest features moss-covered ground, creating a distinctive Pacific Northwest atmosphere. The campground is positioned near several popular hiking destinations, most notably the trail to Ramona Falls. This is a primitive campground with vault toilets but no potable water. Campers must bring their own drinking water. Sites accommodate vehicles up to 22 feet in length. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations available. Access is via Forest Road 18 from Highway 26 near Wemme, then Forest Road 1825 to the campground. A seasonal gate closes the campground for winter months.
Directions
From Sandy, OR, travel southeast on Highway 26 about one mile past Wemme to Forest Road 18. Follow FR 18 northeast across the forest boundary to Forest Road 1825. Follow FR 1825 east to the campground.
