About

Long Meadow Campground is a developed dispersed camping area in the Naches Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, catering primarily to off-highway vehicle recreation users. Located at 2,750 feet elevation off Forest Road 1902, the site offers approximately 8 dispersed camp spaces with parking for 8-10 vehicles. The campground features single-track OHV trails departing directly from the camp area, making it a convenient base for motorized trail riding. Facilities are minimal: one vault toilet, a bulletin board, and an iron ranger fee tube for self-payment. Campers must pack out all trash and bring their own drinking water, as no potable water is available on-site. Nearby Kaner Flat Campground has water if needed. Long Meadow operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations. Payment of $8 per night can be made via cash or check at the iron ranger, or by scanning the QR code through the Recreation.gov mobile app.
