Longmire Meadow Campground is a developed dispersed camping area situated at 2,800 feet elevation in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest along Little Naches Road. The campground features approximately 15-20 camp spots with parking for 10-12 vehicles and is equipped with 6 vault toilets. This location is particularly popular with OHV users who utilize the nearby motorcycle trails, as well as hunters during hunting season. As a dispersed camping area, Longmire Meadow offers a more primitive camping experience without hookups, water, or garbage services. Campers must bring their own water and pack out all trash. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with an $8 per night fee payable by cash, check, or digital payment via the Recreation.gov mobile app QR code scanning feature. Interagency Senior and Access passes receive a 50% discount. Access to the campground is via Little Naches Road (Forest Road 1900), which is 4 miles from Highway 410. The area provides access to OHV trail riding, day hiking, and other backcountry recreation opportunities in the surrounding forest.

Directions

From Naches, travel west on Highway 12 for 4.4 miles. Continue straight onto Highway 410 W for 24.2 miles. Turn right on Little Naches Road / Forest Road 1900 and follow 4 miles. The site is on the left side of the road.
