Longmire Meadow Campground

Longmire Meadow is a dispersed camping area located in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest within the Naches Ranger District. Situated at 2,800 feet elevation along Forest Road 1900 (Little Naches Road), this campground serves as a popular staging area for off-highway vehicle enthusiasts and is well-frequented by hunters during season. The area provides approximately 15-20 camp spots with parking capacity for 10-12 vehicles. Vault toilets are available, with facilities located both north and south of FS-1906. No potable water is available on-site, though water can be obtained at nearby Kaner Flat Campground. Campers must pack out all trash as no garbage services are provided. Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis only at $8 per night. Interagency Senior and Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount on single campsites. Day use is $5 per vehicle or covered by a Northwest Forest Pass or $30 annual pass. Payment can be made by cash, check, or digital payment via the Recreation.gov mobile app QR code system.

Directions

From Naches, WA travel west on Highway 12 for 4.4 miles. Continue straight onto Highway 410 W for 24.2 miles. Turn right on Little Naches Road / Forest Road 1900 and follow 4 miles. The site is on the left side of the road.
