About

Little North Fork Campground is a small, free primitive campground situated along the Little North Fork of the Middle Fork Feather River in Plumas National Forest. The campground features 8 developed sites at approximately 4,000 feet elevation and has been recently upgraded with a new vault toilet and potable water system available via hand pump during the summer recreation season. This is a first-come, first-served campground with no reservation system. Sites include picnic tables. Campers must obtain a campfire permit before building fires. The campground enforces a 14-day stay limit, with a maximum of 8 people and 2 vehicles per site. Pets are allowed but must be leashed and attended at all times. OHV use and horse/pack animals are prohibited. The access road is very narrow with few turnarounds, making this campground unsuitable for trailers and RVs. Inclement weather may close the campground at any time.

Directions

From Oroville, take Olive Highway to Highway 162, then turn left and continue north until reaching the junction with Forest Road 60. Turn right and follow the road to the campground.
