Little North Fork Campground is a small, developed campground located on the Little North Fork of the Middle Fork Feather River in the Plumas National Forest. With just 8 campsites, this quiet riverside campground offers an intimate camping experience at 4,000 feet elevation. The facility has been recently upgraded with a new vault toilet and potable water system, providing basic amenities for campers. This campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation system and no fees. Each campsite includes a table, fire ring, and bear box. The remote location and narrow access road with few turn-arounds make this campground unsuitable for trailers and RVs. Campers should be prepared for limited services and bring appropriate supplies. The surrounding area offers opportunities for mountain biking, OHV trail riding, OHV camping, and fishing in the river and stream environments. A campfire permit is required, and campers should check for current fire restrictions before arriving. A 14-day maximum stay limit applies.

Directions

From Oroville, take Olive Highway to Highway 162, then turn left and continue north until reaching the junction with Forest Road 60. Turn right and follow the road to the campground.
