Lafayette Blue Springs State Park Cabin Loop provides a comfortable glamping experience in Florida's spring country. The five rental cabins stand elevated on stilts above the scenic Suwannee River bank, offering a unique perspective of the surrounding hardwood hammock and river ecosystem. Each cabin features two bedrooms with three beds plus a pullout couch, accommodating up to six guests. Cabin amenities include a full bathroom with hot water, a kitchen/dining/living room combination with electric fireplace, central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, and a complete kitchen including a dishwasher. Linens and dishes are provided. The large screened-in porch offers bug-free outdoor living with a picnic table and either rocking chairs or a swing. The park surrounds Lafayette Blue Springs, a first-magnitude spring that flows into the Suwannee River. Guests can enjoy swimming in the spring, paddling, and hiking. Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance through the Florida State Parks reservation system. Note that pets are not permitted in the cabin area.

From Mayo, drive northwest on US 27 for 4.3 miles. Turn right on CR 292 and continue for 2.1 miles. Turn east on Blue Springs Road and go 0.2 miles to the park entrance.
