About

Pat's Point Campground is one of 10 campgrounds at Keyhole State Park, located on the western edge of the Black Hills in northeastern Wyoming. The campground features between 33 and 45 campsites, with some developed sites offering gravel pads and others providing grass camping areas. Sites are positioned in or near pine trees, with easy walking distance to Keyhole Reservoir. The campground includes a boat ramp with dock for water access, and reservable group sites are available for gatherings. Pat's Point does not offer hookups, but provides fire rings, picnic tables, restrooms, and water hydrants within walking distance of campsites. Keyhole State Park is situated between Sundance and Moorcroft, easily accessed from I-90 exit 165, traveling 6 miles north to the park entrance. The reservoir is known for producing some of Wyoming's largest fish, and offers excellent opportunities for swimming, boating, water skiing, and bird watching. The park's location on the edge of the Black Hills provides a scenic setting with ponderosa pine forests and views of the surrounding landscape.
