About

Kenlake State Resort Park campground occupies a scenic location on the mid-western shore of Kentucky Lake in Marshall County, approximately 40 miles southeast of Paducah. The park sits near Land Between the Lakes, a 170,000-acre National Recreation Area offering extensive outdoor recreation opportunities. The campground recently underwent a comprehensive $9.3 million renovation that added 63 campsites, six camper cabins with lake views, a new 2,000-square-foot bathhouse, and two additional restroom facilities near the lake. Sites include both full-service options with electric, water, and sewer connections as well as standard electric sites. Pull-through and back-in sites accommodate RVs up to 70 feet, with upgraded electrical systems and water infrastructure throughout. Resort amenities include a full-service marina with boat launch and dock, jet ski rentals, fishing access, a restaurant, and gift shop. Land-based recreation features hiking trails, bicycle rentals, tennis courts, volleyball, and horseshoes. Golf carts are permitted with a park permit. Firewood must be Kentucky-sourced due to importation restrictions.
