About
Isabella Point Camp sits at the Isabella Point Trailhead along Forest Service Road 700 in the North Fork of the Clearwater Corridor. This primitive, no-fee campground offers two dispersed camping units and provides direct access to Trail 95, which connects to Trail 399 leading into the Mallard Larkins Pioneer Area. The Mallard Larkins Pioneer Area features numerous high mountain lakes, streams, and steep-walled valleys, with elevations ranging from 2,400 feet to 6,870 feet at Mallard Peak. The area offers excellent opportunities for day hiking, backpacking, and horseback riding. Campers should come fully prepared as no potable water or confirmed restroom facilities are available at this trailhead camp.
