Open year-round. Minimum stay is three nights except during summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), which requires a seven-night minimum. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. This combined with multiple days of near record breaking temperatures will exacerbate the impacts from the heat and humidity. The hottest conditions are expected to occur on Friday.

Indian River Marina is a cottage rental facility located on the north shore of Indian River Inlet inside Delaware Seashore State Park, one of the Mid-Atlantic's most popular coastal destinations. The property features 12 furnished rental cottages that overlook the inlet and are adjacent to a full-service marina with 294 slips and indoor dry boat storage. Each cottage sleeps up to six guests and includes two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two twins), a loft with a queen bed, living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and convection oven. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace available October through April, satellite TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, climate control, and a furnished screened porch. All cottages are ADA accessible with paved driveways. The location provides excellent access to swimming beaches with lifeguards on duty Memorial Day through Labor Day, surf and deep-sea fishing at the inlet, surfing, sailing, paddling, hiking, and bird watching. The marina offers a monitored public boat ramp with shuttle service to parking during summer months. Nearby attractions include Rehoboth Beach's restaurants and tax-free shopping outlets.
