About

Hollywood Point Campground occupies a scenic position on the eastern shore of Sage Hen Reservoir in Idaho's Boise National Forest. At 4,800 feet elevation, the small 6-site campground offers a forested setting among Ponderosa pine, Engelmann spruce, Douglas fir, and grand fir trees. Many sites provide shade and partial lake views. The campground features essential amenities including vault toilets, potable water, fire rings with grills, and picnic tables at each site. A boat ramp and dock located within the campground provide convenient access to the reservoir for fishing and non-motorized boating. The 4-mile Sage Hen Reservoir Trail loops around the lake, offering fishing spots, viewpoints, and wildlife watching. The nearby Sage Hen and KYAOTT ATV Trail Systems provide over 35 miles of trails accessible to OHVs, motorcycles, mountain bikers, hikers, and horseback riders. The campground operates seasonally from mid-May through the end of September and is first-come, first-served.
