About

Green River State Park provides one of the most unexpected camping experiences in Utah: a grassy, tree-shaded oasis nestled along the Green River in the heart of the high desert. The campground underwent recent renovations and now offers 46 partial hookup sites (water and electric), 4 full hookup sites (water, electric, and sewer), 5 tiny home cabins, and 3 group sites. Modern restrooms with hot showers, a dual-bay dump station, and sheltered picnic tables make for comfortable stays. The park serves as the primary launch point for multi-day float trips through Labyrinth and Stillwater Canyons to the confluence with the Colorado River. Day-use visitors and campers alike enjoy the nine-hole golf course adjacent to the campground. Located within Green River city limits just off Interstate 70, the park offers rare walkable access to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Sites accommodate RVs up to 40 feet with 8 pull-through options available. Electric service includes 20, 30, and 50 amp connections. The campground is pet-friendly at standard sites and includes one ADA-accessible tiny home. Summer park hours run 7am to 10pm; winter hours are 8am to 5pm.
