About
Green Canyon Picnic Area is a primitive day-use recreation site located in the Logan Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Cache County, Utah. Situated near the mouth of Green Canyon east of North Logan, the site provides a rustic setting for daytime picnicking. This is a no-fee, no-services site. No water, restrooms, or other amenities are available. Visitors should be fully self-sufficient and prepared to pack out all trash. The area is intended for day use only; overnight camping is not permitted at this location.
Directions
From Logan, Utah, head east on 400 North, which becomes Canyon Road. Continue for approximately 2 miles, then turn left onto Green Canyon Road. Proceed north for about 1.5 miles to reach the Green Canyon Picnic Area.
