Spring Hollow Campground

About

Spring Hollow Campground is situated next to the Logan River just 4 miles east of Logan, Utah, in scenic Logan Canyon within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. The campground offers 11 single sites, one double site, and group camping options. Paved roads and parking spurs provide easy access, and the site features vault toilets, drinking water, and picnic tables. The Logan River provides excellent fishing, tubing, kayaking, and canoeing opportunities. Multiple hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from trailheads within the campground, including Spring Hollow, Mill Hollow, Crimson, and Bridger Lookout trails. Third Dam pond is located adjacent to the campground. A forest of oak, maple, box elder, and cottonwood trees covers the area, providing ample shade and spectacular fall color. Summer wildflowers and wild roses are abundant throughout the canyon. The Logan Canyon Scenic Byway passes through the area, offering panoramic views of dense forests, lush meadows, and rugged rock formations.

Directions

From Logan, UT, at the intersection of US Routes 91 and 89 (Main St. and 400 North), take Route 89 north 6.6 miles to the campground sign. Turn right after the sign into the campground.
