About

Bridger Campground is situated next to the Logan River in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, just 6 miles east of Logan, Utah via the Logan Canyon Scenic Byway (US-89). At 5,000 feet elevation, the campground is shaded by a forest of oak, maple, box elder, and cottonwood trees that provide beautiful fall color. Summer wildflowers and wild roses are abundant throughout the area. The campground offers 10 single sites ($24/night) and 1 double site ($48/night), all operated on a first-come-first-served basis with a 7-day stay limit. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. Facilities include vault toilets and potable water, though water availability may be limited early or late in the season. This is bear country; campers must secure all food and trash properly. The Logan River flowing past the campground provides excellent fishing, tubing, and canoeing opportunities. Spring Hollow, Mill Hollow, Crimson, and Bridger Lookout Trails are accessible from trailheads at Spring Hollow Campground just 1.4 miles away. The Logan Canyon Scenic Byway from Logan to Garden City passes through dense forests, lush meadows, rugged rock formations, and offers panoramic views.
