Company Creek Road inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning to be overtopped. About
Goose Creek Campground is a developed Forest Service campground located along Goose Creek, a tributary of the Chiwawa River, in the Wenatchee River Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Situated at 2,200 feet elevation, the campground offers 29 campsites including 26 single sites and 3 double sites spread through a forested valley setting. The campground provides basic amenities including vault toilets and potable drinking water available from a hand pump. Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis only, with no advance reservations. Campers can pay on-site using cash, check, or via the Recreation.gov mobile app's Scan and Pay feature when cellular service is available. The location is particularly popular with off-highway vehicle enthusiasts, as the campground provides access to nearby OHV and motorcycle trails. Firewood is sold at the camp host site for $10 per bundle. The campground is accessed via Forest Road 6100 off the Chiwawa River Road, approximately 24 miles from Leavenworth.
Directions
From Leavenworth, WA, travel southwest on US-2 West for 15 miles. Turn right onto WA-207 North and go 4.3 miles. Take a slight right onto Chiwawa Loop Road and go 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Chiwawa River Road and go 3.2 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road 6208 and go 423 feet. Turn right on Forest Road 6100 and go about 1 mile. The campground will be on the right.
