Finner Creek Campground is a small, intimate camping destination located along Finner Creek near the Chiwawa River in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Situated 17 miles from Lake Wenatchee at 2,450 feet elevation, this lightly-used campground offers approximately 3 campsites in a forested valley setting. The campground provides convenient trailhead access for hikers and equestrians exploring the surrounding wilderness. Operating on a first-come, first-served basis, campers can pay onsite using the Recreation.gov mobile app Scan & Pay feature, though cash or check may also be accepted. Each site can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with a maximum of 2 tents or 1 RV and 1 tent per site. The campground is suitable for RVs and trailers up to 30 feet in length. Basic amenities include vault toilets and potable water available from a hand pump. The campground's location along Finner Creek provides a peaceful setting for those seeking a quieter camping experience away from more developed facilities. Access is via the Chiwawa River Road, which transitions from paved to gravel as it heads into the forest.

Directions

From Leavenworth, travel west on US-2 to Coles Corner. Turn right onto WA-207 for 4 miles, then right onto Chiwawa Loop Road. Follow signs for Chiwawa River Road and continue 15 miles to the campground.
