The site accommodates up to 60 people and 30 vehicles, with accessible vault toilets, picnic tables, campfire rings, and garbage service provided. The campground serves as an excellent base for exploring the area's natural attractions. The nearby Silver Falls National Recreation Trail offers a 1.8-mile hike through towering cedar and pine canopies to the base of one of the region's most scenic waterfalls, with handcrafted stone staircases and bridges providing panoramic mountain views along the 600-foot elevation gain. Anglers can fish for rainbow, cutthroat, and brook trout in the Entiat River upstream of Entiat Falls. Located 29.5 miles up Entiat River Road from Highway 97A, the campground is approximately 30 miles from the town of Entiat. Nearby attractions include Box Canyon, a 65-million-year-old geological formation, and Entiat Falls, a broad 25-foot cascading waterfall about 3 miles north.
