About

Goodale Creek Campground is a year-round BLM-managed campground in the Eastern Sierra foothills, offering 43 RV and tent sites at $5 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. The campground includes five pull-through trailer spaces and accommodates RVs up to 30 feet. Each site is equipped with a fire pit, picnic table, and lantern holder. This is a primitive camping facility with no hookups, potable water, or dump station. Campers must be self-sufficient and bring their own water. The closest amenities and services are located 12 miles north in Big Pine. Vault toilets are provided on-site, and trash removal service is available. The campground is located in a multi-use area where hunting, fishing, and dispersed target shooting are permitted on surrounding BLM lands, though shooting is strictly prohibited within 150 yards of the campground. A 10 mph speed limit is enforced within the campground. Seasonal fire restrictions may apply during periods of high fire danger. Long-term camping permits are available for extended stays.
