About

Fish Lake Campground offers a backcountry camping experience at 3,350 feet elevation in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The campground features 5 walk-in tent-only sites situated near a small lake that provides fishing opportunities and the scenic Cle Elum River. This is a true primitive camping destination with no fees required. Facilities are minimal, limited to vault toilets. There is no potable water available, and campers must pack out all trash. The remote location requires driving approximately 11 miles on Forest Service Road 4330 after turning off Highway 903. The road conditions may require high-clearance vehicles. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation system. It is best suited for self-sufficient tent campers seeking solitude and access to lake fishing and the surrounding forest wilderness.

Directions
