About
Fall Creek Campground sits on a 10-acre peninsula jutting into Lake Cumberland, one of the largest man-made lakes east of the Mississippi River. All 10 campsites are waterfront, offering direct shoreline fishing access and panoramic lake vistas. Dense stands of mature hardwoods provide welcome shade throughout the campground. Sites are level and spacious with a secluded feel despite the campground's intimate size. Amenities include flush restrooms with hot showers, potable water, a dump station, and a boat ramp for easy lake access. The campground features a playground and a group picnic shelter available for day use. Lake Cumberland supports excellent fishing for largemouth, smallmouth, white, and Kentucky bass, plus bluegill, crappie, rockfish, and walleye. The Mill Springs Mill Park is a 15-minute drive away, offering historic mill tours and grinding demonstrations on weekends and holidays during the recreation season.
