About
Ebenezer Campground occupies a scenic stretch of the Wild & Scenic Salmon River corridor in the Salmon-Challis National Forest. With 11 campsites nestled along the river, it serves as an excellent base for anglers targeting cutthroat and rainbow trout, steelhead, and whitefish. The remote setting about 30 miles west of North Fork on Forest Road 030 keeps crowds low. Trailheads to the north and west provide access to extensive trail systems ideal for day hikes or multi-day backcountry loop trips. The primitive facilities include vault toilets and drinking water from a hand pump. At $5 per night, it remains one of the more affordable developed camping options in the region. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations available. Interagency Senior and Access Pass holders receive a 50% discount on single site fees.
